Invoicing

Customers who have established an account in good standing with MediaBlitz Images have the option of receiving an invoice for their use of MediaBlitz Images images. However, until such an invoice is issued to you for the applicable licence fee for the use of our images neither party is committed to grant or to use any licence rights in any images. After a licence has been agreed and an invoice issued and subsequently paid by you, you are granted specific licence rights and you may then use the images subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Terms

Time is of the essence in the performance of your obligation to pay our invoice. You only have the right to reproduce our images when our invoice is paid. Payment of MediaBlitz Images invoices must be received within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, without any discounts, or prior to the publication of any image. You agree to pay MediaBlitz Images a service charge of two (2) percent per month above The London Interbank lending rate on any unpaid balance after this time period or the use of the image.

Any disputes concerning the invoice must be submitted in writing, with fourteen (14) business days of the invoice issue date, or it shall be deemed you have accepted the invoice as issued.

Cancellation Policy

By issuing a licence for Rights-managed images, MediaBlitz Images has reserved certain rights for your use. If you decide not to utilize these rights, you must notify us in writing within ten (10) business days of the invoice date to be eligible for a complete refund. After this ten (10) business day period, and up to thirty (30) days from the invoice date, you will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to fifty (50) percent of the invoice amount. Thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice, there will be no refunds issued and the invoiced amount must be paid in full. Credits due for cancellations will first be applied to any unpaid balance before refunds are issued.

An additional minimum service fee of GB £150 (one hundred and fifty pounds sterling) will be charged if you have downloaded any hi-resolution image file, whether or not you have been invoiced for the licence at the time MediaBlitz Images receives notification of your cancellation. Other service fees, such as for CD delivery, will be in addition to the minimum service fee.
