THIS IS A LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MEDIABLITZ IMAGES (UK) LIMITED, A COMPANY INCORPORATED IN ENGLAND, REGISTRATION NUMBER 5828115, ITS HEIRS, LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS AND ASSIGNEES, HEREIN AFTER MEDIABLITZ IMAGES, RELATING TO THE USE OF MEDIABLITZ WEB SITE (HTTP://WWW.MEDIABLITZIMAGES.COM), DOWNLOADING OF IMAGE FILES FROM SUCH MEDIABLITZ IMAGES WEB SITE, AND LICENSING OF IMAGES BY MEDIABLITZ IMAGES TO YOU.

When you download image files from this web site, or receive image files in any form from MediaBlitz Images, you agree to and accept all the terms of the Agreement herein.

If your actions are on behalf of your employer or other third party, then all terms and conditions of this Agreement apply to you and your employer and/or any other third party whosoever.

Images are not to be used in any manner without the expressed permission of MediaBlitz Images. All images are licensed under the terms and conditions as specified at time of purchase. No image licences are valid until MediaBlitz Images has received payment in full. Image usage without prior payment and MediaBlitz Images express written authorization is a copyright infringement. All rights not specifically granted are retained by MediaBlitz Images.

Images are not sold; their use is licensed and they remain the sole and exclusive property of MediaBlitz Images and the individual photographer, artist, illustrator or creator.

Images or image files cannot be distributed or re-sold independent from a product and may not be used in a manner that allows any form of permanent storage or re-use by third parties. No licences may be sublicensed, transferred or assigned. You agree not to make, authorize, or permit any use of any image except as specifically set forth here and on the invoice you receive from MediaBlitz Images.

Failure to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement may result in immediate revocation of the licence granted.
